What is your return policy for technical outerwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items purchased during 'Final Sale' events are not eligible for return or exchange.
How should I wash and care for my waterproof-breathable gear?
To maintain the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with technical detergent. Tumble dry on low heat for 20 minutes to reactivate the water-repellency.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Flylow offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
